Terms and Conditions

Payment

1. Full payment is required upfront for all orders; partial payments are not accepted.

2. We only accept PayNow or Bank Transfer.

Fulfillment

1. Complimentary one-month order storage.

2. Orders must be picked up in their entirety; partial pickups are not allowed.

3. Complimentary delivery is available for orders over $500.

4. A flat delivery fee of $30 applies to orders below $500.

5. In-store pickup is available for all orders.

6. If you arrange your own logistics pickup, please WhatsApp us to confirm the date and time.

Exchanges & Refunds

1. A full refund of the product cost will be granted only if a one-to-one exchange is not possible.

2. We understand the messiness of the renovation process, so we allow one-time product exchanges within two weeks of purchase. No exceptions will be made beyond this period.

3. To qualify for an exchange, both the product and its packaging must be unused and undamaged.

4. Once a product is installed, it is no longer eligible for exchange.

5. All exchanges must be conducted in-store.

6. For on-site returns or exchanges, you must arrange your own logistics.

7. Product returns are accepted in the form of store credits, which must be used within the same year.

Warranty (1-to-1 In-Store and On-Site)

1. We offer a full manufacturer's warranty on all products from the date of delivery.

2. The warranty excludes defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper installation or maintenance.

3. Our sole responsibility under this warranty is to repair or replace defective goods, or refund the purchase price paid by the buyer.

4. To make a warranty claim, email us at support@near.sg or contact us via WhatsApp within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, and provide proof of purchase.

5. On-site warranty service terms:

  • Orders below $1,000: 1-to-1 In-Store Exchange warranty.

  • Orders over $1,000: 1-to-1, One-Year, On-Site Warranty.

6. Exclusions for on-site warranty:

  • Products installed on ceilings ≥3m.

  • Products installed in commercial or industrial projects.

  • Bulbs (E14, E27, GU10) – replacements will be delivered free of charge.

  • On-site smart home troubleshooting.

  • Clearance sale products.
